Yes you can.  Locate the required journal article and copy the link from the address bar (or permalink if provided). You then need to generate a compliant link using the OpenAthens Link Generator. Paste the new link into your unit in Learnline. Check to ensure the link is directing to the correct resource.

You do not need to do this for freely available sites (such as Google) or links that already begin with


Another quick and easy way to get a reliable link for students is to use the Library Search permalink option. This persistent link will take students to the resource record where they then link through to the journal or database.
