If you discover a broken link or another search issue in Library Search, such as a resource showing as available at CDU but you are not able to get access through the CDU Library website, please let us know directly from the record in Library Search. It is easy to do, and lets the Library staff troubleshoot and work to fix the problem. You can also be sent an email letting you know once the link has been fixed when it is working again as expected.

To do this, look for the exclamation mark 'Report a broken link/issue' icon on the bottom-right hand side of the Library website, from the record that you cannot access.

Click on the option that matches your issue,

Fill out the form, including a description of the issue.

In the description, copy and paste the permalink for the record that you are reporting into the text box, as well as any notes or any other comments that you have:

If you would like a personalised response, include your email so that a member of the Library staff can respond directly to you.
